In offline mode, you won't be able to log in, log out or switch between the maps and layers, so make sure that you've set your service while online. All the data you collect while offline can be found in the queue. Once you connect to the internet, the submissions you've collected will be immediately sent.

If you select a point service or layer in the settings, you'll be collecting points.

If you've selected a line or polygon service or layer, you'll be able to choose between the GPS location mode which will provide tracking of your movement using your device positioning system, or the Manual mode with which you can draw lines or polygons on the map. You can combine both modes if that suits your purpose.
